Build a real house with our team and learn to manage every step: permits, subs, inspections, budget, schedule. When it's done, keep it or sell it.
No classroom simulations. You work a live project from the first plan sheet to the final inspection, with an experienced builder beside you the whole way.
You know the cost of the training up front. No hourly coaching bills.
Schedule trades, read plans, track the budget, and walk inspections yourself, with guidance.
Finish with a completed home and a documented record of the work you managed.
The same sequence every Nevada home follows. Yellow tags are inspection points you'll schedule and walk.
The Nevada State Contractors Board requires four years of experience as a journeyman, foreman, supervisor, or contractor before you can qualify for a license. Most people never get the chance to supervise a whole house.
This program puts you in that seat on a real project, so you start building the experience and documentation you'll need.
One build is a strong start, not the full four years. Licensing decisions are made by the NSCB. We'll help you understand what to document as you go.
One home build: roughly 6 to 12 months of hands-on project work.
Move in, or hold it as your first property.
Put the value you built toward your next project or your own company.
